The Fungamental Co. started with a deep curiosity, and a quiet hunch that mushrooms were being wildly underestimated.

While we weren’t industry insiders or legacy nutraceutical players, we were scientists, nature lovers, and systems thinkers, and we couldn’t shake the feeling that fungi held answers to some of today’s biggest wellness and ecological questions.

So we rolled up our sleeves, built a lab from scratch, and started growing. 

Not just mushrooms, but knowledge, infrastructure, and a way of working that puts integrity at the centre of everything.

What began as a series of experiments is now India’s first vertically integrated mushroom lab. We’re cultivating and extracting fungi with a level of precision (and wonder) that’s rare in this part of the world.

And we’re not here to ride a trend, we’re here to build a legacy, from the ground up.
