Lion's Mane & Cordyceps - Combo

I've recently started exploring the world of functional mushrooms, and the science behind them is genuinely fascinating. I'm still learning, but the more I read, the more excited I am about the potential they have for supporting overall health and performance.

I've been taking Fungamental's Cordyceps extract every morning before my workouts for many weeks now. While I don't believe in miracle supplements, I have noticed a subtle but consistent improvement in my daily energy levels, especially heading into training.
